February
Love is all around this month!

February may be the shortest month of the year, but there are a lot of holidays that happen this month. Mardi Gras, Valentine’s Day, President’s Day, it’s all in February! There are sure to be many activities taking place within your community so update the Community Calendar and connect with your neighbors!

Hello and Welcome to the Sun Valley-Forbes Website

Click Here for My Current Listings

I have been a resident of Sun Valley for 15 years, and a Real Estate agent for 18 years with Frank Howard Allen. I have sold over 50 homes in the Forbes/Sun Valley/Fairhills/Racquet Club/Rafael Highlands area and have enjoyed working with some of you! While I have had this site for years, I have now decided to get more active with it, including offering the use of it to the Sun Valley Neighborhood Association. As a community Realtor I feel it is important to help the neighborhood stay connected, and I think allowing the association to use the website will do just that. Many of the issues the SVNA addresses affect the area as a whole, not just the “Sun Valley” portion, such as the Sun Valley Market, Safe Routes to School, Renovations to the Sun Valley Park, and the changes occurring on Fourth Street.

I will be providing real estate market updates for the market in general as well as specific comparable sales information for Forbes, Fairhills, Racquet Club, Rafael Highlands, and Sun Valley. When I come across a special property or exceptional buy I will post in on this site. I hope you will check in often as I plan to update it at a minimum of once per week. This opening paragraph will stay the same for the most part, but the Real Estate section will be updated often as well as any neighborhood event announcements.

I will still be mailing my Sun Valley Reporter each quarter as I have for the past fifteen years, however, it may be getting a make over with a new look and title. Possibly the Forbes- Sun Valley Review or I may carry out the Sun Valley – Forbes.com theme. After 15 years it’s fun to spice things up a bit! Thanks for tuning in. See you around the neighborhood!
